There are some rules, which all clans will respect.

At the end of the season, clan with best rank (1st place) will be the SAMP:CL season 1 champion and the best SA:MP clan by SAMP:CL.
There are League A and League B. 16 Clans will be in that 2 leagues. 2 Best clans from League B will be promoted at League A but it's not the only way to go to League A. World Cup winner will be auto invited to League A, but then 1 more clan will be demoted. Also the 2 lowest ranked clans from League A are going to League B.
Here's the example:

League A:
1.Clan 1 (Champion)
2.Clan 2
3.Clan 3
4.Clan 4
5.Clan 5
6.Clan 6
7.Clan 7 (Going to League cool
8.Clan 8 (Going to League cool

League B:
1.Clan 9 (Promoting to League A)
2.Clan 10 (Promoting to League A)
3.Clan 11
4.Clan 12
5.Clan 13
6.Clan 14
7.Clan 15 (Demoting to "Other Clans")
8.Clan 16 (Demoting to "Other Clans")

Other Clans (Qualifications for League B):
1.Clan 17 (Promoting to League cool
2.Clan 18 (Promoting to League cool
3.Clan 19
4.Clan 20
Etc...

Clans, who are not at best 2 places can also go to better league if there is not enough clans at that better league.

For every win, clan will each 3 points (Like it football), 1 point for draw match (for example 5:5 at Attack/Defend mode) and 0 points for lost match.

Basic Rules:
No spamming or spawnkilling.
Always try to keep flaming on minimum.
For cheating, your clan will be kicked from tournament.
Respect other players (Especially admins or spectators).
No fighting inside or your clan will earn negative point.
Bugs are allowed only if both teams agree with that!
